I’m an athlete and coach who helps others maximize the physical gifts their Creator gave them. That means helping them reach their goals and purpose with precise and planned training.
But I don’t just coach—I live it. I’m actively chasing elite long jump goals because I believe a coach should lead by example.
Why do I do this? I was born with major heart issues. But I not only survived—I grew up strong and healthy and improved despite being athletically behind many of my peers. That is part of why I train hard and help others do the same.
